Refund policy

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

We carefully inspect your stash prior to dispatch. However, sometimes production faults aren’t obvious or can be missed. If your stash is found to have a manufacturing fault, we will happily exchange it and refund the cost of return shipment. If you have received a stash that is faulty, email hello@stashco.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and include: 

  • your original order number

  • your name and contact details

  • the name of the item/s

  • a photo of the fault

We'll email you instructions on how to return your stash. Once we’ve received the returned item/s we will have your damaged item assessed. If deemed faulty we’ll send out your replacement item.
